Henna or Jagua?

Henna has been historically known due to cultural influences of its use with bridal mehndi and as a hair coloring dye. Jagua has been used as long but not as well known, it’s used by natives in America for rituals.

Henna is a red/brown plant based dye, it’s a paste dried up leaf. Designs last 4-21 days depending on after care and body placement. It grows in the Equator belt of Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Jagua is a blue/black fruit based dye, it’s a gel made from the fruit juice. Designs last 7-21 days depending on after care and body placement. It grows in the Amazon, South America, and central America.
